But what I got was a lot more….Hans did an incredibly thorough inspection and covered everything that could be looked at in a house and more. He got on the roof as well as literally looked in every nook and cranny. The greatest part is that Hans documented everything on a digital camera and inputs them into his review so you can see/remember what exactly was found. It was invaluable for the home purchase, but also a great resource to have handy in the future. It is not common to get more that you paid for, but with Hans’ inspection it certainly seemed it.
